ONLINE SHOP Terms & Conditions

Electronic Communications

When creating an online shop account, or purchasing an item in our online shop as a guest, you will be required to provide a valid email address. This is for order accuracy and security.

During the sign-up or check out process, we may ask if you would like to receive our newsletter. This  newsletter features site updates, promotions, coupons, maintenance tips, and so on. We will always offer this as an opt-in offer, you will not be put onto our newsletter unless you explicitly agree to do so. We appreciate your privacy.

Your Online Shop Account

If you have an account for our Online Shop, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our Online Shop only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Shipping, Refunds, and Returns

Once your order is placed, we package and hand it off to one of our shipping partners. This takes usually within 2 business days. A refund is only available if the item has not shipped. There is a $15.00 processing fee for refunds.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns are not accepted at this time.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product Descriptions

In displaying and describing the products in our Online Shop, T.W. Ammons Septic Service, Inc. attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. If we find that we sent a product in error then the return shipping charges will be reimbursed along with the cost of the mis-shipped product.
